By submitting an online service request, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms:
- Drop off time is: M-F 6am,-9am, Sat/Sun: 8am-9am
- All dogs must provide current proof of vaccinations.
- All clients must also check the FORMS page on our website to download any necessary liability waivers and enrollment forms.
- All holiday grooming appointments will require a $25 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your booking which will be applied to your final groom bill at check out.
- Grooms are done in order of drop off and we will call the owner when your dog is completed.
- We do not accept female dogs in heat on our premise at any time.
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you as the primary contact are not picking up your pet(s) please arrange payment in advance and make sure that your designated authorized contact is added to your file.
